Our Story
As former board members, we embarked on a journey to enhance our community while simultaneously reducing maintenance fees. Recognizing the potential of partnerships with local businesses, we initiated discussions with establishments that could add value to our condo community. However, balancing these efforts alongside our full-time jobs and management responsibilities proved challenging. Realizing the need for dedicated support, we explored the idea of outsourcing these endeavors while sharing the resulting profits. This revelation sparked the birth of our venture, driven by the belief that other condo communities might share our desire to delegate such tasks. Thus, we leaped, motivated by the opportunity to streamline advertising initiatives for ourselves and fellow communities alike.
